  • Directions

    1. Wash your hands before removing the FM Yoni Pearls from the sealed package.
    2. Unravel the strings first. Then, tie a knot at the end of the strings. 
    3. Lay on your back with your knees to your chest.
    4. Take the longest finger you have (middle finger) and use it to push the FM Yoni Pearls deep into your vagina. Or, remove a super plus Tampax tampon from the plastic and replace with your FM Yoni Pearls. Insert at least 7 cm deep or without discomfort. You should not feel them at all. 
    5. Leave Fm Yoni Pearls in for 3 days.
    6. After 3 days, remove the Fm Yoni Pearls with clean hands and dispose of them.
    7. Wear a pantyliner for the next 6 days, as your vagina will be detoxing or expelling toxins.

    If you have an IUD, use one Fm Yoni Pearl per cleanse (1 Pearl for 3 days)
